Artaïs studio was created in 2006 by two Aix en Provence-based photographers, Frederic Soulat and Sylvain Ravera. Photography is among all their passion. They are specialized in wedding, portrait and event photography. Since 2006, they have established a reputation in South of France and have won several awards.
Frederic is 43 years old and a photographer since 20 years. He has two children with his wife Nathalie, Maxime and Marlene. He likes craft, cinema, scale model, and enjoys to do these activities with his son. Sylvain is 35 years old and a photographer since 15 years. He is married to Melanie and has a young daughter, Pauline. He likes hiking, mountain climbing, ski, soccer, bike, as well as photography of course!
Since 15 years, they have pictured more than 800 weddings always with the same enthusiasm. They work in an unobtrusive way using natural light. They will take informal, natural portraits and spontaneous candid of you and your guests, to capture the emotion and beauty of your wedding day. Whether you like elegant black and white, exploding colors, or vintage Polaroid, you will have images reflecting your style and personality.

Located close to Aix-en-Provence, Artaïs studio also proposes to capture your portrait like a movie star from the 50’s. You will find these artful and elegant portraits taken with old-fashioned film lighting impressively contemporary.
